Urban Decay Electric Palette Swatches

To start off with this packaging is beautiful, it is sleek and the explosions of colour perfectly captures what this palette is providing. This palette contains 10 vibrant pressed pigment shades, they are intense colours, 8 of which are never seen before shades. This palette is described to be for colour addicts and that it is each shade is individual and can brighten up any make-up look with a pop of colour. The formula they use for this palette provides a soft buttery-feeling shadow but also give great colour pay off and is also very easy to blend and can be added to looks seamlessly.

The first colour in the palette is 'Revolt' which is a very bright pigmented silver that has a metallic base and also includes silver glitter giving it lots of dimension.

'Gonzo' is a beautiful matte turquoise shade it is very bright and has a very silky texture. It also  has a tonal pearl finish which can be seen in light and is very flattering to the shade.

'Slowburn' is a colour I personally rarely use but this matte bright orange can be so flattering on different skin tones and eye colours and like Gonzo contains pearl tones.

'Savage' is a bright hot matte pink and is such a beautiful shade, this colour also reminds me a lot of Sugarpill's 'Dollypop'. It is one of my favourite shades in the palette and gives great colour pay off.

'Fringe' is officially my favourite colour to create a pop of colour look. This metallic teal shade is beautiful for under the eye and smoked out. It is also a great way to add colour to a dramatic smokey eye look.

'Chaos' This colour is the return shade people have been waiting for, Chaos first appeared in the Vice palette and is now back! It is very similar to Gonzo as it is a matte blue with a tonal pearl finish.

'Jilted' is a fuchsia metallic colour, its blue undertones mean it has a slight purple look in some lights. It is a very nice partner colour for the next colour Urban.

'Urban' is a bright metallic purple like fringe I love to use this colour under the eye to add a pop of colour to liner looks.

'Freak' is a bright green shade with gold pigments running through, it is a beautiful colour and gives a beautiful shine. The gold tones make the green a lot more wearable.

'Thrash' is a lime green colour, with gold pigments also running through. This shade can appear an off yellow colour in light. Personally I find this the colour hardest to pull off it is the most intense shade in the palette but when used right can give beautiful results.
